What You Need

- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 2 Tablespoons salad oil
Heat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Measure the flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and 1/4 cup salad oil into a bowl.
- Stir well until the mixture sticks together.
- Gather the dough into a ball.
- Knead the dough in the bowl about 10 times until it becomes smooth. Divide the dough into two portions.
- Lightly flour your work surface. Roll out each half into a 13 inch circle.
- Place your pizza crust on a pan.
- Pinch up the edges about half an inch.
- Brush the crusts with the remaining salad oil.
- Add your toppings and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
